Advice for Women New to Golf
If you could give any advice to a lady who is new to playing golf, what advice would you give her? My advice would not have to do with the specifics of the golf swing, rules or women’s golf equipment. The insight I would share with each new woman golfer is to have fun and concentrate on your golf game. How well others play has nothing to do with your game. Try to focus on improving over time and not on shooting par. Most importantly, enjoy your time out on the course.

My advice would be to make sure that you have had a couple of lessons first and have spent a little time on the driving range before hitting the links. Women who are new to golf who go out on the course to learn will slow down the pace of play (which golfers playing behind you don't like) but it also can be frustrating. Having at least a baseline knowledge of the game before getting out on the course is very beneficial!
